I’ve always been fascinated by Japanese Culture. So when I had my Editorial Design course I knew my magazine
was going to be about Japan. It became a very nerdy magazine about Japanese food culture but it also raises
a number of important issues, such as why there are so few female sushi chefs in Japan.
Also, I named my magazine UETA since it stands for hungry in japanese. So let’s get hungry!
